This class is about breathing, stretching, and moving in ways that feel good to set your body up for a perfect weekend. All levels and abilities are welcome - no previous movement experience required.
11:15 - 12:00 Tai Chi for Beginners with Jodi
Jodi will lead you through a deeply relaxing moving meditation focusing on rocking movement, expanding the arms and deep, centering breaths
12:00 - 1:00 Break - Bring your own lunch or take in one of the great Whyte Ave restaurants
1:00 - 2:00 Fit & Fierce Yoga with Carri
Unlock the body, center the mind. Discover greater flexibility, strength and tranquility with a combination of deep stretching, Vinyasa-based sequences and breathing techniques. While tailored to the needs of dancers, this yoga class is suitable for anyone looking to explore the link between mind, body and spirit. Let’s get fit and fierce to keep you feeling fabulous!
